Name: BELLAC
Location: France-
Price:
€46,974.00
Description: One bedroom house, Bellac
Limousin, France
This attached hamlet house is situated in a pretty hamlet, not far from the
lively town of Bellac in the Haute Vienne.
The house has not been lived in for some time, but the basic amenities are in
place and the property also benefits from fuel central heating. On the ground
floor there is an entrance hall, kitchen and a room that was used as a bedroom,
with a toilet in the corner! There is a second main entrance into a large room
with fireplace and oak beams that could be ideally suited for a large living
room. At present there is no staircase leading to the first floor, but there is
space here to make further accommodation. Adjoining the house is a small barn
that houses the boiler and oil tank, and a further outbuilding with shower and
basin. The attached garden and field of approximately 3000 m² needs some
attention and there is also a garage and well in the garden.
The basics are here, and with a bit of hard work this could be a lovely home,
ideal for holidays.

Name: Magnac
Location: France-
Price:
€67,728.00
Description: Three bedroom house, Magnac
Laval
Limousin, France
This property offers scope for further potential especially with the barn, but a
lot of work has already been done on the house so you can certainly move
straight in. The area is also nice, a small hamlet but not far from a couple of
small towns which have all the shops and services you need for everyday living.
If you want to do any fancier shopping just get on the A20 and drive south for
about half an hour and you will be in Limoges with all its lovely boutiques and
shopping malls. The house has a large lounge with an open fireplace, a kitchen
and a bathroom all on the ground floor, there is also another room down here
which could be used as a study or an extra bedroom. Upstairs there re two
bedrooms one of which already has an en suite wash room and the other a small
room leading off it, so it would not take too much to turn these rooms into full
en suite bathrooms if you wanted. The garden is attached and has its own well.
The barn is opposite and also has a large piece of land. Most of the work that
needs doing is just tidying up and maybe some decorating, but structurally its
fine, still with lots of nice oak beams, old oak doors and all the things that
make these French houses so appealing.
